Thailand SEC files criminal complaint against crypto exchange Bitkub

Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a criminal complaint against crypto exchange Bitkub and two former directors over alleged false disclosures. The case relates to a 2021 cyberattack that put $50 million in assets at risk.
