Uganda relocates 12 endangered Nubian giraffes to protect them from oil drilling

Rangers in Uganda's largest national park are relocating 12 endangered Nubian giraffes away from areas threatened by oil drilling. The animals must leave their current habitat as oil extraction is planned within the park. The Nubian giraffe is one of the most at-risk giraffe subspecies in the world.
