Kaczyński: around 30 MPs quit PiS as Morawiecki leaves the party

PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński confirmed at a press conference that around 30 MPs have resigned from the party. Talks between Kaczyński and former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki focused on freezing the activity of Morawiecki's association until the next election, but Morawiecki rejected the condition. The split in Poland's largest opposition party is now official.
