Warsaw officials reject residents' CCTV request to curb roundabout drifting

Residents of Kępa Zawadowska in Warsaw's Wilanów district are fed up with drivers drifting on the neighbourhood's main street at night and proposed installing additional CCTV cameras. City officials refused, saying cameras are not an effective way to combat reckless drivers.
