Merz reshuffles cabinet: Warken to lead chancellery, Linnemann takes health

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has announced a cabinet reshuffle. Health Minister Nina Warken will take over as head of the Chancellery, while Carsten Linnemann will replace her at the health ministry. Merz also signalled further personnel changes to come.
