Russian Attack Cuts Power to 150,000 in Northern Ukraine; Kyiv Strikes Missile Plant in Kirov

A Russian strike cut electricity to around 150,000 people in northern Ukraine. At the same time, Ukrainian forces hit a key missile components facility in the Russian city of Kirov. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy welcomed the strike on the plant.
