Driver went wrong way down emergency corridor on S3 near Goleniów — 8,000 zł fine and 23 penalty points

A 27-year-old driver turned around on the S3 expressway near Goleniów in the West Pomeranian region and drove the wrong way through an emergency corridor to avoid a traffic jam. For the dangerous manoeuvre he received a fine of 8,000 zł and 23 penalty points.
