Former bitcoin miner Poolin files Chapter 11 with $52 million floor bid for Texas assets

Poolin Technology has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, facing $173 million in claims. A stalking-horse bid of $52 million has been set as the floor price for its Texas bitcoin mining operations. Poolin was once one of the world's largest bitcoin mining pools.
