German factory on sale for €1 — with one condition

Authorities in Tangerhütte, Saxony-Anhalt, have listed a former foundry site for sale at a symbolic price of €1. The catch: the new owner must secure and preserve the deteriorating facades of the listed historic buildings on the site, according to Bild.
