Trump: Saudi nuclear deal depends on recognising Israel

US President Donald Trump has stated that a landmark deal to help Saudi Arabia develop nuclear energy hinges on Riyadh joining the Abraham Accords and recognising Israel. It is the first time Washington has publicly made recognition of Israel a formal condition of the agreement.
