12-year-old rides DIY electric BMX hybrid — parents fined by police

Police conducting checks on electric personal vehicles in Słupsk county stopped a 12-year-old riding a homemade contraption combining a BMX bicycle frame with an electric scooter. The boy's parents were fined for allowing a minor to ride the unlicensed vehicle on public roads.
