Marie Curie among proposed faces for new €20 banknote design

The European Central Bank unveiled proposed designs for new euro banknotes on Thursday, with Marie Curie featured on several of them. The ECB is inviting the public to participate in a survey to help select the winning design. No final decision on the new notes has yet been made.
