Ukraine strikes Awitek missile factory in Kirov, also hits Tver

On 24 July, Ukraine's military struck the Awitek arms plant in Kirov, a facility that produces munitions including missiles for the Tor air-defence system. Clouds of smoke were visible over the factory in footage circulating online. A separate Ukrainian strike was also reported in Tver the same morning.
