Sikorski and Sybiha discuss 21st sanctions package and Ukraine's EU path

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski held a phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrij Sybiha. The talks covered recent Russian attacks, Ukraine's path to EU membership, and the 21st package of sanctions imposed on Russia. Sikorski described the sanctions decision as one "we had long been waiting for."
