Morawiecki: I want to stay in PiS but won't sign a loyalty pledge

Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki declared he wants to remain in the Law and Justice party (PiS) after a deadline for signing a loyalty pledge passed at midnight. He stated, however, that he refuses to sign any such declaration. Morawiecki used an orchestra metaphor, suggesting that diversity within PiS is possible and desirable.
