Polish TV licence due 25 July – tax office to seize funds automatically after deadline

Polish households that own a television or radio must pay their RTV licence fee by 25 July. Missing the deadline gives the tax authority the right to automatically debit the amount directly from the debtor's bank account. Additional enforcement costs may also apply on top of the original fee.
