Heimstaden sells Polish flats — PRS portfolio shrinks to 1,800 units

Swedish PRS investor Heimstaden signed around 500 rental agreements in Poland in Q2 2026, while continuing to sell off units from its portfolio. Of an original stock of over 2,000 apartments, fewer than 1,800 remain in rental. The trend points to a gradual retreat by the investor from Poland's institutional rental market.
