Rzeszów: 21-year-old with two driving bans hits elderly pedestrian

A 21-year-old man in Rzeszów got behind the wheel despite having two active court-ordered driving bans and struck an elderly pedestrian. He now faces charges for violating the bans as well as causing a traffic accident. The condition of the injured senior was not reported.
