Fred Tsui appointed executive director of Hong Kong International Film Festival Society

The Hong Kong International Film Festival Society announced that veteran sales agent and producer Fred Tsui will succeed Albert Lee as executive director. Tsui takes up the role on September 23 and will oversee the Hong Kong International Film Festival and the organisation's year-round activities.
