Regional office comeback: firms seek premium space, Kraków rents hit €20/sqm

Demand for premium office space is rising in Poland's regional cities. In Kraków, rents for top-class addresses have reached €20 per square metre per month. Lower-quality buildings are struggling to attract tenants, according to analysis by consultancy JLL.
