One third of EU tourist nights fall in July–August — Croatia most seasonal, Malta least

Nearly a third of all tourist overnight stays in the European Union in 2025 were concentrated in July and August. Croatia has the most pronounced seasonality, with demand heavily skewed toward the summer months. Malta, by contrast, enjoys the most evenly spread tourist demand throughout the year.
