Rubio Rejects Russia's Arms Demand After Lavrov Talks, Reveals Weekly Russian Death Toll

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio rejected Russia's demand to halt arms deliveries to Ukraine following his meeting with Sergei Lavrov. Rubio also disclosed that Russia is losing more than a thousand soldiers on the front line every week. Washington signalled it has no intention of changing its support policy despite ongoing diplomatic talks.
