Polish Ekstraklasa to introduce semi-automatic offside technology in autumn 2026

Ekstraklasa has confirmed it will introduce semi-automatic offside technology during the upcoming season, with the debut planned for "late autumn" 2026. The concept for the system dates back to 2019; Brazil's Serie A will implement it in just three days. Poland's top flight thus joins the growing list of leagues using advanced officiating technology.
