Tusk's broken promise: Same-sex marriage equality still out of reach in Poland

Same-sex couples in Poland currently have zero legal protections. A Ministry of Digitalisation regulation taking effect on 23 August will allow registration of marriages contracted abroad, but falls short of full equality. Donald Tusk's government has failed to deliver on its promise to legislate LGBT partnership rights within its first 100 days in office.
