Great white shark spotted near popular Portuguese resort of Nazaré

A large great white shark was spotted and filmed from a yacht off the coast of Nazaré, a popular Atlantic resort in Portugal, on Thursday. Great white shark sightings are extremely rare along the Portuguese coastline. Nazaré is well known internationally as a destination for big-wave surfing.
