New Law to Protect 'Clean Air' Programme Victims — Police Report Will Be Enough

Deputy Minister of Climate Krzysztof Bolesta announced that the government will adopt a relief bill for victims of fraud in the "Clean Air" programme before the end of summer. The new law would allow debts to be recovered from dishonest companies rather than from homeowners. Filing a police report will be sufficient to qualify for legal protection under the new rules.
