Indian activist Wangchuk ends 26-day hunger strike as protests continue

Sonam Wangchuk ended a 26-day hunger strike on Friday that helped galvanise one of India's largest youth protest movements in recent years. Demonstrators belonging to the so-called "Cockroach" movement vowed to press on until the education minister resigns. Wangchuk's action mobilised thousands of young Indians to take to the streets.
