FDA Panel Recommends Easing Restrictions on Peptides BPC-157 and TB-500 Despite Safety Concerns

A federal FDA advisory panel narrowly voted to recommend lifting restrictions that bar pharmacies from compounding injectable peptides including BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, which are popular with wellness influencers and celebrities. Government scientists warned the chemicals have not been proven safe or effective. The recommendation is expected to embolden Health Secretary RFK Jr., who supports easier access to the substances.
