CBS Switches Six Market Affiliations from Nexstar to Hearst and Forum

CBS is switching its TV station affiliations in six markets from Nexstar-owned stations to those belonging to Hearst TV and Forum Communications, effective 1 August. Nexstar confirmed that CBS is extending affiliations in 36 of its other markets. The reshuffling affects a limited but notable slice of the CBS broadcast network's footprint.
