US Slaps 10–12.5% Tariffs on Imports from 60 Countries Over Forced Labour

The United States will impose tariffs of 10% to 12.5% on imports from 60 countries that collectively account for 99% of US imports, citing their failure to enforce bans on forced-labour goods. The new rates replace the expiring 10% global tariff on 24 July. The sweeping action targets the vast majority of America's trading partners.
