Lavrov tells journalist "nice haircut" instead of answering question after Rubio meeting

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov dismissed journalists' questions after his meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of a summit in Manila. When a reporter asked whether Russia was helping Iran track US soldiers, Lavrov replied only: "Nice haircut." He ignored all other questions from the press.
