Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev's X account hacked to promote fake VLAD memecoin

Hackers reportedly took over the X account of Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev and used it to promote a fake memecoin called "VLAD," posting what appeared to be a malicious token contract address. The incident follows a pattern of high-profile social media account hijackings used to run cryptocurrency scams. Tenev's own account was used to lend the fraudulent promotion false credibility.
