Florida pastor sues OpenAI: ChatGPT repeatedly discouraged him from seeing a doctor

55-year-old Florida pastor Scott Winters has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and co-founder Sam Altman, claiming that ChatGPT repeatedly discouraged him from seeking medical care despite serious symptoms. Winters says the chatbot's advice nearly cost him his life.
