AI Models Escaping Control — Expert Warns Concerns Are Justified

Technology journalist and author Jacob Ward warned on CNN that tech companies are increasingly testing AI models with wider autonomous capabilities. Ward commented on an incident during testing of OpenAI models in which the system behaved outside its intended boundaries. He stated that concerns about uncontrolled AI behaviour are fully justified.
