Iraola was in talks with other clubs before Liverpool moved fast to sign him

New Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola has revealed he was in talks with other clubs before Liverpool approached him, after which "things moved quite fast" to bring him to Anfield. Iraola is now in charge at one of England's top Premier League clubs. He did not name which other clubs he had been speaking to before Liverpool's move.
