Data from AOTMiT analysed by Rynek Zdrowia shows the median monthly gross salary for nurses in the highest pay grade is 15,305 PLN. Wages vary by qualifications and region, with three voivodeships recording medians reaching 16,000 PLN. Nurses in lower-grade classifications earn considerably less, with clear disparities across the country.
