Going Dutch creator Joel Church-Cooper signs with TFC Management

Joel Church-Cooper, creator and showrunner of Fox's military half-hour comedy Going Dutch starring Denis Leary, has signed with TFC Management. Church-Cooper is also known as the co-creator and showrunner of the acclaimed IFC baseball comedy Brockmire, starring Hank Azaria, all four seasons of which are now available.
