Variety and CNN expand partnership for exclusive awards season coverage

Variety and CNN have announced an expanded content partnership to develop, produce and distribute premium programming throughout awards season. The two brands previously collaborated on the "Actors on Actors" series and a town hall featuring Timothée Chalamet and Matthew McConaughey. The new deal broadens the scope of their joint content output significantly.
