Poland's NCBiR awards 724 mln PLN for drones, AI and lasers under Perun programme

Poland's National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR) has signed 14 funding agreements worth a combined 723.8 million PLN under its Perun defence and national security programme. The funded projects cover technologies including drones, artificial intelligence and lasers. It represents one of the largest domestic research funding rounds focused on military applications.
