Rally Poland in Katowice causes major traffic disruptions July 24–26

The Rally Poland, a round of the FIA ERC European Rally Championship, takes place in Katowice and Upper Silesia on July 24–26. The ceremonial start in the city centre will cause significant traffic disruptions, with a full list of road changes in effect throughout the weekend.
