ICC reluctantly drops war crimes case against Sudan rebel Abdallah Banda

International Criminal Court judges have reluctantly dropped the case against Sudanese rebel Abdallah Banda, who was accused of attacking peacekeepers in Darfur nearly 20 years ago. The judges agreed to dismiss the case despite reservations about doing so. Banda remains at large as a fugitive.
