Wawel sweets stay in Biedronka stores after last-minute deal with Jeronimo Martins

Polish confectionery maker Wawel announced on Thursday that it will continue its partnership with Jeronimo Martins Polska, the owner of Biedronka, Poland's largest supermarket chain. The earlier termination of their supply contract had surprised both the retail industry and consumers. The new agreement ensures Wawel products will remain on Biedronka shelves.
