Strategy and BlackRock pledge $15M to quantum-proof the Bitcoin network

A consortium led by Strategy and BlackRock has pledged $15 million to protect the Bitcoin network against the potential threat of a quantum computing breakthrough. The funds are aimed at developing quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions for the network. It is one of the first large-scale coordinated efforts to future-proof Bitcoin against quantum attacks.
