Man Arrested 15 Years After Murder of 13-Year-Old Iza in Gdynia

Police have detained a 37-year-old man suspected of murdering 13-year-old Izabela Strzałkowska in Gdynia on 23 August 2011. The breakthrough came thanks to genetic genealogy, an advanced DNA technique. The suspect had no prior criminal record and is married with two children. A court has ordered him held in pre-trial detention.
