Prosecutors: Kacprzyk not yet questioned — 200 witnesses must be heard first

Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office spokesman Piotr Antoni Skiba has stated that around 200 witnesses must be questioned in the Szpital Południowy case before conditions are met to interrogate Dawid Kacprzyk. At the current stage of the investigation, the evidence review does not allow charges to be brought against anyone. The prosecution says the conditions for questioning Kacprzyk have "not yet been met."
