Oława officer keeps his job after court rules sick leave was service-related

A police officer from Oława was facing dismissal after his superiors deemed his repeated sick leave excessive. The officer argued that the vast majority of his absences were caused by injuries and illnesses sustained in the line of duty. The case was escalated to the regional level, where officials ruled in his favour and overturned the dismissal.
