Man fled police into forest in Skała, then attacked officers with a knife

A 34-year-old man from Silesia fled from police in Skała, Małopolska, and hid in a forest where he attacked officers with a knife. He had previously been riding a stolen motorcycle, caused a collision and fled the scene. Tests confirmed he was under the influence of alcohol; he has since been remanded in custody.
