Fugitive hides in rubbish bin, drunk driver found under cardboard — both caught

A 30-year-old man fled a police check, abandoned his car and hid in a rubbish bin, where a police dog tracked him down. Separately, a drunk 28-year-old driver tried to evade arrest by hiding under cardboard boxes. Both men were apprehended by officers.
