Prosecutors seek arrest and forced appearance of PiS MP Michał Woś

Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has submitted a request to the Sejm for permission to detain and compel the appearance of PiS MP Michał Woś. Woś has failed to respond to summonses in a case concerning abuse of power during his time as Deputy Justice Minister overseeing the Prison Service. The Sejm must now decide whether to lift his parliamentary immunity.
