Fuel shortages force Russian troops to abandon equipment at the front

Russia's independent outlet Verstka reports that an increasing number of soldiers are complaining about fuel shortages at the front. The shortages are hampering not only combat operations but also the supply of food, ammunition and water. The reports coincide with intensified Ukrainian strikes on Russian fuel infrastructure.
